How can I sign up for a WIFA™ page?
Just follow the instructions on the screen from the demo and sign up immediately for your free photo album. Try it for a while and then sign up for your archive package so you will never lose your digital photos. You select the amount of space you think you will need. If you have lots of pictures, just sign up for the unlimited and you can set up as many pages as you want and your photos will be stored forever and accessible 24/7.

What if I want to add more archive pages later?
At any time in your contract you may upgrade to add more WIFA™ archive pages. The changes will be calculated and you will see both the credit for your old package and the new charges for your new package before you enter the submit button to charge your credit card.

What if I want to change my PIN?
The PIN number for each WIFA™ page contract is assigned by WIFA Technologies and cannot be changed by the user. This assures the security of your PIN and prevents duplication.

What if I want to pay for a WIFA™ page for my children?
Since the 5 pages of WIFA are free, anyone can sign up and you can view their photos when they put you on their notification list. If you want them to have the archive package, you can allow them to use your credit card, or simply mail them a check and let them use their own credit card. In just a few minutes they can have photos on their own WIFA™ page up and running for you and others to view.

When my contract term is up, will I automatically renew and charge my credit card?
No, WIFA Technologies, Inc will send you a reminder to extend your package, but you must choose to renew.

What if I want to renew my WIFA™ page, but don’t have the same credit card?
The user can change their credit card information at any time, but cannot leave it blank.

I want my kids to share photos with me as well as have my own WIFA™ page. Can they use my page?
The WIFA™ page is for the use of the customer only. Since the first 5 WIFA™ pages are free, they can get their own page and put you in their friends and family notification.

What if I want to bring back an archived photo or page to my active WIFA™ page?
You can restore photos to your WIFA™ page at any time using the ‘restore’ button in your Album Manager page.
What if I never sign up for the archive package , but only use the free 5 WIFA™ pages? It will always be free. We believe you will want to sign up for the archive package because there is no safe storage for digital photos. CD’s are not permanent and since your archived photos are so accessible and convenient for not only you, but all your friends and family, you cannot find a better deal!
