What is Online Church Directory? This is a church member photo directory that is accessible by PIN code. Names, addresses, phone numbers are listed at the option of each member. Access to the church member photo directory is granted by the hosting church.
How is this created? Church members submit current photos and any contact information they want included in the directory. The photo and information is placed in a prepared envelope provided by Albums4EVER. The envelopes are delivered to Albums4EVER where the photos are scanned and the contact information is entered below the photo. All of this is uploaded to the Online Church Directory WIFA™ page in its alphabetical order. Photos can be replaced and contact information can be updated at any time.
How current is the photo? The photo should be less than one year old. If a current photo is not available, one can be taken and submitted any time. Albums4EVER is not a photography service and does not require the purchase of photos to participate. Any regular photo can be submitted.
Can I change my photo or information? No. The WIFA™ page is owned by the church and the changes would need to be submitted to the church.
