WIFA Technologies was founded in
June of 2004 by Gary Bilyeu for the express purpose
of sharing digital photos via the internet. The purpose
of this process is to help connect friends and family
who are separated by distance or other constraints.
The motto: “Digitally Connecting Families”
is at the heart of the purpose of this business.
Three driving forces are behind
the makeup of this business:
- Low cost
- Easy to use
- Photo preservation
The goal of this business is to make
a product that everyone can afford. By sticking
to the purpose and not trying to sell other products,
WIFA Technologies can offer a full year of functionality
with our archive package for about the cost of a
tank of gasoline.
Throughout the design, another goal
was simplicity. The fewer clicks the better was
the overriding theme in the design, so it didn’t
take three screens to try to do one operation. Additionally,
by keeping it simple and affordable, more people
will be able to obtain and use a WIFATM page.
Lastly, the program had to give the
user something they could not obtain easily. WIFA
Technologies, Inc. believes that the notification,
captions and photo updates cannot be affordably
acquired in the market place today. Future updates
will be given at no cost that we believe can further
enhance the functionality of the WIFATM page.

been married for 30 years and has four grown children.
